My main specialization is with motivated competitive climbers of all levels and ages; I love working with competitors on comp strategy, mentality, and climbing IQ! In my time in the competitive climbing industry, I’ve been lucky to have served as the head coach and team manager for two different teams with a National presence. Hey! I’m David. After starting as a youth competitive climber in the early 2010’s getting a degree in Psychology, I returned to the climbing industry as a routesetter and coach. What started as a hobby sport has developed into my life passion; since beginning my career, I’ve acted as head coach for two teams and coached dozens of athletes at the National level and beyond. While my background is in the youth competition scene, I love working with motivated competitive climbers of all levels and ages. In the few times I’m not coaching, setting, or climbing, I enjoy playing Final Fantasy and keeping up with my favorite anime.
